In cooperation with our customers optimal solutions are developed for the specific requests, in order to increase the quality and to reduce costs by rational production methods. Depending on the requirements, mechanical machining processes are carried out on our CNC machining centers and NC drilling and thread cutting machines. Our machinery is designed for single as well as serial production. The cast parts are stamped with eccentric punches and hydraulic presses. Depending on the desired finish, sanding, blasting and sliding grinding are carried out, whereby the individual processes can be combined. With our external partners we can realize different surface treatments.
